Pet Supply Club ships across Canada from Surrey, British Columbia.
1. Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within Canada only. We are unable to ship internationally at this time. Some remote or northern locations may take longer or cost more to reach.
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. PT or on weekends and holidays are processed the next business day. During sales and busy seasons, processing may take a little longer.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size and weight of your order.
Free shipping is available on orders over $99 CAD before taxes, to most addresses in Canada.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen because of weather, carrier issues, holidays or other events outside our control.
5. Carriers and Tracking
We ship with trusted Canadian carriers such as Canada Post. When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.
6. Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it was refused or unclaimed, we may charge the cost of reshipping.
7. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you cannot find it, please check with neighbours and your local post office, then contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the package and the items and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, send a replacement or issue a refund.
8. Taxes and Duties
All orders ship within Canada, so there are no customs duties. Applicable GST, PST or HST is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
